Learning objectives • Insight into the Half Double principles, methods and tools needed to create Impact, Flow and Leadership in your projects • Knowledge of what must be true to create managerial willingness to change • Knowledge of what it takes to act as a collaborative project leader • Reflection upon and awareness of own project practice Expected learning impact in projects With the Half Double practitioner training programme, it is up to you how far you would like to take it. In other words, you define whether you would like to be able to: • Realise customer projects in half the time with double the impact. • Initiate the Half Double mindset and translate the methodology in a customer project, using either 3, 6 or 9 of the Half Double methods • Explain the 3, 6 or 9 methods in the Half Double methodology to a customer • Understand how the Half Double methodology is different from traditional project management approaches The aspiration is also that you become a reflected practitioner. In other words, a practitioner that is conscious of own behaviour and the situation at hand, and that is able to actively choose the ideal way forward and act upon it.
