In this workshop (16h), participants learn how to build and manage strategy work systems at different scales - from single teams to entire organisations. Participants connect the company's strategy to operations, visualise strategic work, and manage the agile interactions so that the right people talk about the right topics at the right time. Alumni of this workshop have the ability to make organisational strategy happen.

Participants learn how to recognise the problems facing organisations going through digital and agile transformations. Upon completion, participants understand the foundations of Flight Levels and how it helps create interactions across departments, teams, products, and services.
