Expected learning impact
With the Half Double practitioner training programme, it is up to you how far you would like to take it. In other words, you define whether you would like to be able to:
• Realise projects in half the time with double the impact.
• Initiate the Half Double mindset and translate the methodology in a project, using either 3, 6 or 9 of the
Half Double methods
• Explain the 3, 6 or 9 methods in the Half Double methodology to a colleague or a friend
• Understand how the Half Double methodology is different from traditional project management approaches The aspiration is also that you become a reflected practitioner. In other words, a practitioner that is conscious of own behaviour and the situation at hand, and that is able to actively choose the ideal way forward and act upon it.
