Coacharya
Coaching is not transactional - it’s transformational.
Coach training should be the same, and with Coacharya, it is. With a holistic approach that blends the ancient with modern, spirituality with science and culture with business, our coaches are adaptable, effective and can work with any client.
When you join our accredited coach training programs, you'll get the foundation of coaching competencies you but more importantly, you will begin a journey of learning and self-discovery, supported by a global community of like-minded people.
What is COACHARYA?
The word ‘Coacharya’ combines the best characteristics of a Coach, one who inspires a client to maximize potential holistically, with that of the Acharya, a Sanskrit word for a mentor guide who walks alongside the client without judgment.
Coacharya’s vision is to enable everyone, regardless of age, location and socioeconomic status, to be their best self.
Every day, we work to make it come true by providing content, training and services to help individuals and teams reach their highest potential in work, in life, and in their communities, in a way that’s authentic and sustainable, so that they can enact positive systemic change locally and globally.
You’ll notice the difference from day one. Our staff is approachable, our content accessible, our supporting services plentiful, and our programs transformational. In our programs you’ll experience a combination of psychological and neurobiological models seamlessly integrated with Eastern philosophy.
You’ll learn all the basics that others offer, such as coaching models, coaching competencies and useful frameworks. Only with us, however, you’ll also learn the coaching applications of states of awareness, meditation, leadership, systemic coaching and so much more.
Your journey continues for as long as you’ll have us in your life. As alumni, you’re entitled to ongoing access to learning, free CCE through our weekly webinars and support through the inevitable challenges that the life of a coach will throw your way.
Why you'll love training with us:
