National Exercise Trainers Association
The National Exercise Trainer Association (NETA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. NETA has been recognized as a leader in the fitness industry since 1977. NETA was originally known as the National Dance-Exercise Instructors Training Association (NDEITA), officially becoming NETA in 2004. Since their inception, NETA has provided education, training, and certification for over 155,000 fitness professionals nationwide. NETA’s Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer certifications are both accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
