Certified Senior Consumer Protection Examiner
The holder of this certificate and badge is a participant in good standing in the CSBS Education Foundation Examiner Certification Program. The holder has demonstrated compliance with all requirements of the Certified Consumer Protection Examiner credential as set forth at https://www.csbs.org/certified-senior-consumer-protection-examiner-cscpe.
The CSCPE credential is appropriate for individuals who have completed on-the-job service and training as an examiner to determine compliance with applicable state and federal consumer protection laws and regulations applicable to regulated entities. In addition, completion of appropriate core consumer protection classroom training is required.
To maintain certification, CSCPE credential holders must complete 40 hours of applicable continuing education during the three-year term of certification.
The CSBS Examiner Certification Program is fully compliant with the best practices outlined in ISO 17024, the industry standard for certification entities.
