Engaged Workplace Certification
The Engaged Workplace Certification by Trailblaze Partners recognizes organizations that measure and take action to enhance employee engagement. To achieve the certification, an organization must have established an ongoing employee engagement strategy, including a system to measure employee engagement on an annual basis (at minimum), a method for sharing results with everyone in the organization, and a process for building action plans (based on results) to continually improve the employee experience and employee engagement.
Organizations must maintain a minimum overall engagement score of +75% and score over 85% on at least one question from each of the 4 categories - Leadership, Team & Work, Culture, and Overall.
