CQ® Certified Facilitator: CQ Certification

This program introduces participants to the research and history behind the cultural intelligence (CQ) model and its relevance to today's workforce, global engagements, and diversity efforts. As part of the pre-certification work, participants were asked to complete the CQ 360 Assessment. During certification, participants learned how to debrief assessment feedback reports effectively. In addition, participants received a full set of research-based strategies for helping others improve their CQ. Successful completion of this program indicates: An understanding of the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) model and research Knowledge of how to interpret and debrief the CQ 360 Assessment and feedback report Ability to facilitate discussions on the value of CQ with individuals and organizations
