Acting Professionally in the Workplace
This 15-hr course presents different aspects of professionalism. Students learn what professionalism is, how to organize their workspace, and how to act at work. The course covers topics such as effective work habits, communication techniques to maintain respectful relationships, and how to be accountable for one’s actions. Students will also learn techniques to be effective team members.
