CQ® Certified Facilitator: CQ Train-the-Trainer

Through this Train-the-Trainer program, participants learn innovative and collaborative training methods to deliver the Developing Cultural Intelligence (CQ) workshop. The Developing CQ workshop is a highly interactive half or full-day training that teaches others about the CQ model and the application for effectively working across domestic and/or international differences. Prerequisite: CQ Certification Program participants also learn how to teach others best practices, winning strategies, and how to create an action plan to improve their CQ and leverage it within their organization. Successful completion of this program indicates: Deepened understanding of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and its value to individuals and organizations An understanding of how to facilitate the Developing CQ® workshop
