SMILE Leadership - In-restaurant Management Skills Training

This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed in-restaurant IHOP Management Skills training. Typically this occurs when an individual is working towards completion of the SMILE Leadership Program and certification as an IHOP Restaurant Leader. Certification in IHOP Management Skills is the second milestone in the SMILE Leadership program. This training is a combination of individual eLearning courses, hands-on workbook assignments, and on-the-job training with an existing certified IHOP Restaurant Leader.
