AFE Intrapreneurial Mindset

Change is inevitable in business. We can't predict, much less prepare, for all the possible changes that could arise. Instead, companies need to adopt more flexible, creative approaches to problem-solving. Borrowing from entrepreneurship, we'll work to develop an "intrapreneurial mindset." The word "intrapreneur" was coined to describe people who act like entrepreneurs INSIDE larger organizations.
