Trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

This Black Belt certificate of attendance is awarded to students who completed the 1st 2 requirements of Six Sigma PH's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification requirements: 1. Complete the learning program. 2. Pass written and practical exercises and exams. 3. Complete an actual Lean Sigma Black Belt project. Upon completion of an actual Lean Six Sigma project, the student shall receive the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Six Sigma PH programs are accredited by International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP).
