completed the course, Algorithms in Bioinformatics, given by Lukas Käll for the National Graduate School in Medical Bioinformatics (MedBioInfo). Students learn to apply fundamental algorithm design methodologies such as dynamic programming and clustering to problems in computational biology and bioinformatics. The course met in Solna, Sweden, 30 September to 4 October 2019, and also had substantial pre- and post-meeting assignments. We advise home universities to issue 5HP for this.
