BIT Best Practices - Phase Two

This course is ideal for participants that have already attended the BIT Foundations course. This Best Practices course builds on the material taught in the Foundations course and it is intended that participants have a strong knowledge of the NaBITA Standards, the three key phases of a BIT, team membership and meeting frequency, team marketing, etc. Ideally, participants come from BITs that are already up and running at their institution, and that have established protocols and procedures in place. Participants that have not attended the BIT Foundations course previously may find themselves in a position where the material is covering topics for which their team is not ready to address.
