The Certificate in Executive Research program is a rigorous assessment offered by the AESC that covers the spectrum of core executive research skills for search professionals. This certificate has been awarded by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. Members of this Association meet and comply with a Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines.
