TALENT TO VALUE PROGRAM

The Talent to Value™ program is an immersive virtual course on the five steps to Connecting Talent to Value®. Each session follows a LEARN/DO, PRODUCE/PRESENT format to ensure participants fully integrate the Talent to Value methodology: Session 1: Value Agenda LEARN: Introduction to Talent to Value; deep dive into the Value Agenda. DO: Identify a draft value agenda and focus on one hotspot. Session 2: The List LEARN: Distinguish the Critical Roles. DO: Create a Critical Roles List. Session 3: The Click LEARN: Understand the Role•Talent connection. DO: Create a sample Role•Talent Card Session 4: The Code & The Move LEARN: Identify Role•Talent risks and construct Value Coaching Interventions. Session 5 Integration: Wrap-up session designed to integrate all the concepts of Talent to Value. After completing this course, participants may be qualified to begin the Talent to Value certification process. Those who complete their training and demonstrate the ability to execute a practitioner’s work at a high level may achieve their certification. This process may take three months to one year to complete.
