To earn certification as an Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator individuals participate in an intensive professional development program. Those who complete the program will be authorized to train others in the entrepreneurial mindset and prepare them for either Bronze (Fundamentals) or Silver (Intermediate) certifications. During the Gold Certification program the following subjects will be covered:
1. Entrepreneurial Mindset Theory
2. The Entrepreneurial Practice
3. How to Teach Others to Think Like an Entrepreneur
Requirements for certification are completion of all required elements of ELI's facilitator training hybrid course. These elements are reviewed by ELI staff to ensure completion and in order to provide feedback on some requirements. This hybrid course consists of the following elements and takes approximately 25 hours to complete:
1. Attending or watching recordings of four cohort sessions (6-8 hours)
2. Reading Who Owns the Ice House? Eight Life Lessons from an Unlikely Entrepreneur (6-8 hours)
3. Watching recorded lectures (2.5 hours)
4. Practical application assignments (4 hours)
5. Online class discussions (2 hours)
6. Online reflections (2 hours)
