Attended webinar hosted by Michael Sullivan & Associates General Managing Partner Michael Sullivan, Senior Partner Megan Sullivan and Managing Partner Rosa Williams as they discussed new regulations. The new rules, effective 1/1/2022, govern electronic service of documents and remote court appearances and apply immediately. It is now required that parties “meet and confer” before every MSC. Parties may serve documents by email. And notices of representation all must have an email on them.
