Strengths Based Leadership

Program Description: Xavier’s StrengthsBased Leadership program is based on Gallup’s Leadership Research which indicates that leaders who focus on developing their own natural talents and abilities, and the natural talents of others, are able to develop a more positive, productive workforce.   This program demonstrates ways to create the kind of environment where people are engaged, personally fulfilled and contribute to the best of their ability. Strengths-Based Leadership challenges participants to assess, understand, and maximize their own strengths and invest in the development of the strengths of others Credentials: Badge holder has attended this one-day program which included the following content and activities: Completion of the CliftonStrengths by Gallup, providing an in-depth assessment of the badge holder’s leadership strengths An introduction to Gallup’s Leadership Research and the CliftonStrengths assessment Tips on integrating strengths results with specific business goals and job demands Details regarding the four strengths domains Exercises in growing respect, leading wisely, and discovering clues to talent Creating strategies to develop strengths in yourself and other individuals Ways to effectively leverage personal strengths across a variety of leadership contexts
