Skilling America is a professional development initiative for Navigators to uniformly guide and unlock access to better jobs and mobility for their clients. Skilling America delivers valid and reliable learning and credentials, tools, and best practices in Navigation. Through the platform, users can develop the necessary competencies to lead efforts and to follow practice through to success for their own growth and development, the clients they serve, students and working learners, and communities. The Partnerships Certificate is awarded to individuals after successful completion of the Skilling America Partnerships course and end of course challenge. Course competencies include: 1. Applying collective impact principles to facilitate regional sector initiative(s). 2. Identifying the key drivers and necessary stakeholders to advance a regional sector initiative. 3. Developing frameworks and strategies to facilitate sector initiatives. 4. Fostering opportunities to partner with stakeholders and customers. 5. Coordinating resources and wraparound services to support regional sector initiatives and the individuals they benefit.
