AIGPE™ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

The AIGPE™ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a leader, a coach, and the most effective change manager. A Black Belt drives the cross-functional, cross-collaboration style of projects. He/she is a mentor to Green Belts and Yellow Belts. Demonstrates the ability to execute multiple enterprise-wide projects. Entrusted with the organizational goal of achieving cost savings and driving customer satisfaction. Has complete expertise in using statistical tools using any statistical software. Each certification candidate is required to 1) go through the AIGPE™ Six Sigma Green Belt 2) and AIGPE™ Six Sigma Black Belt (Part 1, 2 and 3) Training and 3) pass an examination that consists of multiple-choice questions that measure comprehension of the Body of Knowledge. The key learning objectives of the Six Sigma Black Belt training are 1) Integrate Lean and Six Sigma across the organization, 2) Assimilate enterprise leadership responsibilities and demonstrate the ability to be an exceptional change manager. 3) Drive Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC roadmap and coach Green Belts to become hands-on Six Sigma experts. 4) Be an expert at statistical thinking and data-based root-cause analysis. 5) Drive projects to closure, achieve defined results, and enable a successful growth path for the organization.
