Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL)

Earners of the Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL) have completed an extensive four-part comprehensive leadership development program focusing on increasing leadership growth and impact. The earner has received this credential from eLeadership Academy, a leader in online leadership training that combines theory, practice, social learning, and cognitive science to achieve real-world results. Recipients of this credential have studied pivotal concepts such as leading with head, heart and backbone, when to coach and when to manage, and how to inspire and motivate teams for long-term effectiveness, resilience, and lasting change. Earning Criteria All Certificate in Applied Leadership credential earners have completed 100 hours of training through four courses including: eLEAD (8-Week Program), eCOACH (8-Week Program), eLeaderHUB (12-Month Program), and eFOCUS (4-Week Program). Every credential earner who completes the certificate program leaves with Leadership and Coaching Action Plans, in addition to a well-rounded set of skills and techniques to help them become the leader that others love to follow.
