Required
To qualify for the Leading Division credential a division of a firm must:
1. Participate in the Client Service Program, which involves independent client feedback surveys.
2. Achieve a superior Net Promoter Score (NPS), demonstrating a high level of client satisfaction and propensity to recommend to others.
3. Demonstrate a sustained commitment to service excellence, client accountability, and continuous improvement.
