Conflict Resolution Course

The Conflict Resolution Course is a 4-hour, 1-day negotiation course. This conflict resolution course is designed to introduce you to the principles of conflict resolution and for you to practice your conflict resolution skills. We will teach you how to diagnose conflict, manage conflict, and resolve conflict. You will learn, be able to distinguish, and practice the conflict resolution in a roleplay scenario.
