Global Education 101 Educator Badge

The participant has successfully completed all sections of Module One, Module Two, and Module Three of the MOOC Global Education 101. This includes 5 hours of professional learning endorsed by the U.S. Department of State and IREX. The owner of this badge has successfully met the following learning outcomes: 1. Define global competence and connect to student success; 2. Begin to understand the themes and concepts of global education and global competence; 3. Develop instructional strategies to incorporate global competence into lessons and units; 4. Build resources for further learning and networking for global competence. The educator is equipped with the knowledge and skills to incorporate global education into their classroom.
