Earners of the Computer Forensics (ISO/IEC 27037) Foundation certification have demonstrated foundational knowledge of the ISO/IEC 27037:2012 international standard.

The exam covers topics such as key terms, concepts, definitions, standards, techniques, and tools used in the identification, collection, acquisition, and preservation of digital evidence.

Earning criteria:

To earn the Computer Forensics (ISO/IEC 27037) Foundation certification candidates must successfully pass the ITC-007: Computer Forensics (ISO/IEC 27037) exam - Foundational level.

A score of 70% or higher is required to pass the exam.

The ITC-007: Computer Forensics (ISO/IEC 27037) Foundation exam is a closed-book and remotely proctored exam.

ITCERTS recommends that candidates have at least 6 months of work experience in Cybersecurity before sitting for the exam.

This certification is considered good-for-life and does not expire.
