Credentials: Badge holder has attended this three-day program which included the following content and activities: How to apply the Six Sigma methodology and tools to specific projects and teams Integrating problem solving methodologies with statistical information to resolve specific business issues Practicing the application of sophisticated tools for delivering Six Sigma results Writing a project charter including problem statement, goal statement, project scope and deliverables The statistical tools that are fundamental to the DMAIC model (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) Understanding the voice of the customer strategy How to integrate the tools of Six Sigma and problem solving techniques to engage others to deliver Six Sigma results Requirements: Six Sigma Green Belt requires participants to pass an exam and complete a facilitator evaluated post-program Six Sigma project to receive badge.
