Our mission is to empower coaches with a holistic and inclusive framework that can support the whole human experience. Our students complete a rigorous coaching training program in order to gain the tools necessary to be the most equipped, confident, embodied coach they can be. Those that receive certification gain the tools and the blueprint to coach clients by diving into a range of study and modalities. Elementum holds the belief that the way we hold, and support our clients is a model for how they can one day hold and support themselves and their clients. Elementum recognizes that creating deep, sustainable change is where true transformation starts; and the recipients of this certification are the future facilitator of this work.

Earning Criteria
Required
300 Coaching Immersion Hours (92.5 within program + an additional 207.5 coaching hours completed within timeframe of the program)
Complete all coursework with excellence; understand all of the essential teachings and have been able to prove your comprehension of the teachings within your assignments
Complete the final project with excellence; all the elements required for your final project, turned it in on time, and received a PASS
