eLEAD

Earners of the eLEAD credential have completed an online masterclass, focusing on key leadership concepts which can be applied immediately to lead more engaged and resilient teams. The earner has received this credential from eLeadership Academy, a leader in online leadership training that combines theory, practice, social learning, and cognitive science to achieve real-world results. Recipients of this credential have studied pivotal topics including emotional intelligence, coaching, change agility, brain health and resilience, mindfulness, change management and leading with head, heart and backbone. Earning Criteria All eLEAD credential earners have undergone 8 weeks of cohort-based online training with live interactive webinars, workplace practice assignments, self-assessments, weekly discussion forums with a cohort of learners, weekly mindfulness meditation practice and guidance from expert faculty. Every participant who completes the eLEAD program has defined their authentic leadership presence intentions and completed a personalized Leadership Action Plan to continue their journey of leadership excellence and achievement. eLEAD credential earners have learned: · Approaches to increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence (EQ) · How to navigate the leadership continuum and use the coach approach to facilitate problem solving and forward action · Strategies to foster a growth mindset to leverage the power of what’s possible · Methods to develop agility and drive change · Strategies for navigating powerful conversations about difficult issues, ultimately fostering accountability and growth · Applications to lead with head, heart and backbone to boost effectiveness and resilience This credential can be used as a credit towards completing a Certificate in Applied Leadership, a comprehensive program that allows leaders to continue their training in several different areas of focus.
