Kirkpatrick Certified Professional - Bronze Level

Kirkpatrick Certified professionals are authorized to use the Kirkpatrick methodology and licensed templates internally within their own organization.

Bronze level graduates have successfully:
- Created an effective program evaluation plan that maximizes business results and minimizes resources employed
- Demonstrated their ability to objectively determine where to allocate training resources to create the most business impact
- Defined the critical difference between effective training and training effectiveness
- Showed they understand how to evaluate programs using appropriate Kirkpatrick Model tools

This badge holder has completed the Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification Program Bronze Level, which consists of the following elements:
- Pre-work assignment
- Two-day program
- Final graded assignment

This is the only authentic Kirkpatrick evaluation certification program available worldwide.

This is the first level in the Kirkpatrick certification process. Graduates are eligible to continue to Kirkpatrick silver level certification, and thereafter to gold level certification.
