VGL Six Conversations Program

In this program, participants are introduced to six key conversations research tells us employees typically want to have with their manager and organizations benefit from in terms of productivity improvement and staff engagement. By the end of this module, participants will be able to address their fundamental talent management responsibilities, including goal setting, performance management, providing formal and informal (coaching) feedback, and employee career motivation and development.
