TRAIL-ExO ECP

This certificate entitles the holder to act as a practitioner of Learning Organization and Systems Thinking, Theory U, and ExO frameworks. Holder can access and use the tools of these frameworks and Lean Management tools to help support, coach, their own teams and to understand, cope with, and scale their business, organization, and start-up. The TRAIL-ExO Executive Coaching Program is a 12-week program that includes online live training and coaching session, hands on practical applications of the concepts with their own business/organization/start-up, and feedback sessions for iterations and/or innovations, and a final Innovation Project using the learned concepts and tools.
