Training of Trainers (ToT)

This training program is designed to provide participants with the tools to train effectively to any audience. The participants will learn the critical skills and methods needed to deliver trainings. The course provides theoretical background to adult learning and training methodology. The course will provide the participants with practical tools to improve their own skills as trainers and let the them exercise during the training.
