The exam covers topics such as Scope, Key Terms and definitions, Context of the organization (Understanding the organization and its context, Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties, Determining the scope of the compliance management system, Compliance management system, Compliance obligations, and Compliance risk assessment), Leadership (Leadership and commitment, Compliance policy, Roles, responsibilities and authorities, ), Planning (Actions to address risks and opportunities, Compliance objectives and planning to achieve them, and Planning of changes), Support (Resources, Competence, Awareness, Communication, and Documented information), Operation (Operational planning and control, Establishing controls and procedures, Raising concerns, and Investigation processes), Performance evaluation (Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, Internal audit, and Management review), Improvement (Continual improvement and Nonconformity and corrective action). Earning criteria: To earn the Compliance Management Foundation (ISO 37301) certification candidates must successfully pass the ITC-062: Compliance Management Foundation (ISO 37301) exam - Foundational level. A score of 70% or higher is required to pass the exam. The ITC-062: Compliance Management Foundation (ISO 37301) exam is a closed-book and remotely proctored exam. ITCERTS recommends that candidates have at least 6 months of work experience in Compliance Management before sitting for the exam. This certification is considered good-for-life and does not expire.
