Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching (Module 2) is a 32-hour course; 28 hours of synchronous training and 4 hours of homework. In passing Module 2, you have: Developed the skills needed to unleash leadership potential through coaching. Built proficiency in developmental, performance, and skills coaching. Developed a strong toolkit of leadership coaching resources. Learned to have growth and development-focused conversations with your employees. Gained further clarity on yourself and who you are becoming as a leader. Discovered your personal north star and how you can help your team do the same. Continued to explore your potential and your self-actualization journey.
