Earners of the AI Governance (ISO/IEC 38507) Foundation certification have demonstrated foundational knowledge of the ISO/IEC 38507 International Standard. The exam includes topics such as Scope of the ISO/IEC 38507, Normative references, Terms and Definitions, Governance implications of the organizational use of AI, Overview of AI and AI Systems (AI ecosystem, Benefits and Constraints on the use of AI), Policies to address the use of AI, and Relevant Governance Standards. Earning criteria: To earn the Data Governance (ISO/IEC 38507) Foundation certification candidates must successfully pass the ITC-099: AI Governance (ISO/IEC 38507) Foundation. A score of 70% or higher is required to pass the exam. The ITC-099: AI Governance (ISO/IEC 38507) Foundation exam is a closed-book and remotely proctored exam. ITCERTS recommends that candidates have at least 6 months of work experience in Artificial Intelligence before sitting for the exam. This certification is considered good-for-life and does not expire.
