ISC3 Innovation Challenge Winner 2022 - Sustainable Chemistry and Waste: Prevention, Valorisation, and Management

As part of the Inovation Challenge 2022, the ISC3 was looking for innovative solutions from all fields related to Sustainable Chemistry and Waste. The annual ISC3 Innovation Challenge is thematically oriented on an once-per-year selected focus topic. This years' challenge invited Start-ups to apply with their solution contributing to the thematic fields of Waste Prevention, Waste Valorisation and Waste Management. The International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre (ISC3) is an international centre that fosters the transition of the chemical and chemical-related sectors to Sustainable Chemistry, promoting a circular economy that is striving to implement multifaceted aspects of sustainability at every step of the life cycle of products and changing all stakeholder behaviour. The ISC3 hosted its virtual 4th Investor Forum on November 9th and November 10th, 2022. This year, ISC3 dealt with the topics “ESGs, what you can’t measure, you can’t change: Towards Common Metrics of Sustainable Value Creation”, on “Waste management, regulatory aspects, and the financial framework for Sustainable Chemistry innovations in West Africa”, and awarded the winners of its ISC3 Innovation Challenge 2022 which focussed on Sustainable Chemistry and Waste: Prevention, Management & Valorisation solutions.
