MM10: Team Development
Successful organizations foster cooperation and collaboration in others through trust-building and relationships. Team members maintain commitments/accountability to the team, demonstrating a shared commitment to the organization’s mission and goals. In this workshop, participants will:
Self-reflect on past participation with teams and current dynamics.
Define team.
Describe the four stages of team development.
Discuss characteristics that strengthen and weaken teams.
Explore how differing behavioral styles influence team dynamics and identify strategies to adjust styles to improve communication
Develop next steps to anchor learning & implement change.
