The U.S. Department of State's Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program hosts U.S. Future Leaders Topical Seminars for alumni of the Gilman Scholarship. This U.S. Future Leaders Topical Seminar focused on deepening leadership skills and guidance for professionals in the field of Global Health.
This virtual seminar helped alumni to:
-Advance their understanding of Global Health and the domestic importance of Global Health;
-Educate themselves about the ways they can contribute to solving challenges that are associated with Global Health;
-Position themselves to engage in careers and opportunities that address Global Health in both broad and specific ways;
-Strengthen their leadership skills and gain specific, lifelong tools for their success;
- Strengthen their identity as a leader in Global Health by connecting with current public- and private-sector professionals in substantive ways.
