The exam covers topics such as basic concepts, terms and definitions (personal data, sensitive personal data, anonymized data, data subject, processing, anonymization and elimination), personal data processing agents (data controller and data processor), consent, international transfer of data, requirements for the processing of personal Data, processing of sensitive personal data, processing of personal data of children and adolescents, rights of the data subject, data protection officer, security and governance, administrative sanctions and Data Protection Supervisory Authority.
Earning criteria:
To earn the ITC-034: LGPD Foundation certification candidates must successfully pass the ITC-034: LGPD Foundation exam - Foundational level.
A score of 70% or higher is required to pass the exam.
The ITC-034: LGPD Foundation exam is a closed-book and remotely proctored exam.
ITCERTS recommends that candidates have at least 6 months of work experience in Data Protection before sitting for the exam.
This certification is considered good-for-life and does not expire.
