The ability to use Hashicorp Vault to create solutions to store secrets in a high availability cluster using the best practices and extracting the max from the Vault features. This person is prepared to work with Vault in the real world because during the training was exposed to multiples real scenarios, like creating create a Vault cluster integrated with Consul as a backend or creating secrets using differents secrets engines.
