Required
To qualify to join the Client Service Program the firm must regularly conduct independent Client Culture client surveys based on the Net Promoter System (NPS), offered to all clients without exception. Client feedback from across the firm is analysed, and Client Culture provides comprehensive Client Experience Reports with actionable recommendations. The firm is committed to acting on these insights to continuously enhance client experience. The Program is both an exercise in good governance – since leadership see all client feedback results – and a commitment to continuous service improvement.
