Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator

Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitators are the only individuals worldwide authorized to teach authentic Kirkpatrick programs. The badge holder has been hand-selected by Kirkpatrick Partners through their program participation and shared work in the field of training evaluation. They teach Kirkpatrick programs through Kirkpatrick Partners directly, or through a Kirkpatrick Affiliate. The badge holder has: - Multiple years of experience in training and/or business - Documented facilitation skill - Deep knowledge of training evaluation - The Kirkpatrick Certified Professional – Bronze Level credential, at a minimum - Attended a Train the Trainer program with Kirkpatrick Partners - Co-facilitated a bronze level certification program with a member of Kirkpatrick Partners
