ACS - Certified Chemistry Major

Students that earn this badge have completed the ACS approved curriculum at their undergraduate institution. This includes courses in analytical, biochemistry, inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry as well as 400 hours of face-to-face lab instruction beyond general chemistry. Their programs include instruction in problem solving, ethics, literature searches, oral and written communication, and team work.
