Culture Mastery 4C's Certification

With “The Culture Mastery 4C's Process™” Trainer Certification Program, coaches and organizations with cultural training programs learn how to leverage proprietary tools to help their clients and employees become more emotionally intelligent when working across cultures. This includes using the Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator™ (ICBI) assessment to uncover the “why” behind emotional responses that arise when working with or living in another culture. The ICBI™ allows participants to compare their cultural profile to that of various countries and team members. The Global Business Compass™ is also utilized as a comprehensive digital cultural awareness learning hub. The Compass™ is packed with critical global cultural awareness information and advice which is designed in a variety of learning formats. As well as a global cross-cultural eLearning module, there are a series of videos and country-specific cultural profiles on 40 different countries.
