AIGPE™ Certified Voice of Customer (VOC) Techniques Specialist

The AIGPE™ Certified Voice of Customer Specialist demonstrates the ability to easily capture customer voices and understand what they have to say. Customers are the most important aspect of any business. A VOC Specialist understands the significance of segmenting customers into primary and secondary or internal vs. external or by demographics. They demonstrate the skills to capture customer feedback using multiple tools. They are highly skilled in using social media to interact with customers and understand their requirements. Each certification candidate must 1) go through the AIGPE™ Voice of Customer Specialist Certification Training and 2) pass an examination that consists of multiple-choice questions that measure comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
