SHMS Student Adviser Training

Students achieve this badge by participating in the SHMS Peer Learning Service (Student Adviser Scheme) and completing training to be able to support, guide and coach fellow students across many subjects. The training includes understanding the role of the Student Adviser as a coach, helping our students to develop a growth mindset and developing academic and study skills so they can become successful independent learners.
