Laboratory Management - Role of the Quality Manager and Technical Management Course – Virtual

Delegates complete a three-day course in a virtual instructor led environment (VILT) to develop their understanding of how the business and management processes of laboratories can be combined effectively with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This course highlights those tasks that fall within the remit of quality management and technical management roles. It enables delegates to identify the various responsibilities for overall laboratory management and understand how effective management controls can be implemented. It has been designed to enable delegates to confidently plan and implement a laboratory management system that meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The course includes a mixture of presentations and exercises, all of which support the delegates practical implementation of a laboratory management system.
