AIGPE™ Certified Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Specialist

The AIGPE™ Certified Value Stream Analysis Specialist demonstrates the ability to create an end-to-end Value Stream Map (current and future state). The Specialist can list the terminologies and symbols used in Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Examine and Evaluate the Current State Value Stream Map, Design a Strong Foundation to build the Future State Value Stream Map (VSM). Demonstrate the ability to identify and eliminate waste using this prominent tool called Value Stream Map. Each certification candidate must 1) go through the AIGPE™ Value Stream Analysis Certification Training and 2) pass an examination that consists of multiple-choice questions that measure comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
